1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Bitew Studios Lab (delivery.bitews.com), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Digital Products & Limited License
All educational materials, EPUBs, PDFs, audio resources, and guides are proprietary intellectual property of Bitew Studios Lab. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the assets for personal or internal educational purposes. Resale, redistribution, public broadcast, or unauthorized mirroring is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Recurring memberships grant continuous access to designated publication tiers. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing cycle.
4. Digital Fulfillment & Refund Policy
Because digital assets and stream keys are unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales of digital products are final once access has been provisioned. If you experience technical faults preventing access, our team will resolve the issue or issue a replacement credit.
